By using Spek you agree to these terms.

What Spek is

Spek is a practice tool. Its interviewers are AI, and its feedback is generated by AI. It can be wrong, and it is not legal, immigration, career or academic advice. It does not represent any employer, university, embassy or government, and a score in Spek says nothing about the outcome of a real interview or application.

Your account

You need an Apple or Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 13. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Spek to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to break or overload the service. If the interviewer says something offensive or wrong, report it: press and hold its words during the interview, or use the link on the summary screen.

Your content

You own what you say and upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and ending

We may update Spek and these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. You can stop using Spek and delete your account at any time.

Liability

Spek is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of practice sessions or feedback.
